DELIVERY IN FRANCE
Paul Ward offers you the delivery costs everywhere in metropolitan France from 100€ of purchase, any order of a lower amount will be delivered via colissimo (6.50€). Our standard delivery service allows you to receive your order at your home, at a business address or at a relay point near you. Your order will reach you within 5 working days* (excluding weekends and public holidays). Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. You will receive an email as soon as your order has been dispatched from our workshops, so you will be able to follow the delivery of your package.
If you live outside France, we will use the UPS service. It costs 9.90 euros in Europe and 29.00 euros outside the European Union and is delivered to you in 3 to 4 days after dispatch. You will receive an email as soon as your order has been dispatched from our workshops, so you will be able to follow the delivery of your package.
You have a period of 30 days after receipt of your order to return your purchases to us if they are not suitable.
For orders placed on our site:
You can return them for a credit note or a refund up to 30 days after purchase. Regarding custom-made products, including corrective lenses, we cannot exchange or refund. Indeed, they cannot be mounted on a model other than the original model.
For orders placed in store:
You can exchange them for another product or a credit for 30 days following the purchase, excluding worn and/or personalized products. Refunds are not possible for products purchased in store. Finally, custom-made products, including corrective lenses, are not exchangeable or refundable. Indeed, they cannot be mounted on a model other than the original model.
Be sure to keep the tracking number in order to follow its delivery to our premises.
Only items returned in perfect condition (with all the packaging elements: case, spray, etc.) will be accepted.
Returns are free regardless of the country of purchase.
For orders placed on our site:
They must be returned in perfect condition and with all the packaging elements (case, spray, etc.).
All shipments (returns) must be made in a rigid cardboard box to avoid shocks during transport that could damage the glasses.
Shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer and cannot be reimbursed.
Customs charges cannot be refunded.
For in-store orders:
You can exchange them directly in our Atelier du Marais:
8, Rue Sainte-Croix de la Bretonnerie 75004 Paris.
We are unable to refund orders placed in store. Worn and/or personalized products cannot be exchanged.
3. Refund period
We will reimburse you within a period of between 4 and 10 working days after receipt of your return package by our workshop. Count between 24 and 48 hours after receipt of the email to see the refund appear on your bank account.
4 . My return label
Obtain your prepaid return voucher by contacting us by email at the following address: email@example.com.
Simply specify your order number and our customer service will send you a return label within 48 hours.
